Екип от български изследователи ТЪРСИ ИНВЕСТИТОР,Срещу прехвърляне права и придобиване собственост върху ПАТЕНТИ, в областта на биологичнaта терапия на рака
Регистриран е световен приоритет с признаване на два патента в областта на имунобиологичната терапия при злокачествени тумори. Патент№1:патентованата от нас формула е за висока биотехнология, която би позволила да се направи заявка за патентоване на универсална противоракова ваксина. Необходима е инвестиция за разработване на производствена технология и за провеждане на клинични изследвания.
В разработената от нас и патентована формула ( за първи път в света ) е заложен комплекс от няколко взаимно потенциращи се механизми, насочени избирателно да се преодолее основната причина, поради която регистираните в света ваксини против рака практически са с ниска ефективност 4-5% и за това са неприложими. Причината е в това, че е доказано блокиране на противотуморния имунитет в микрооколната среда около тумора.(ІІ-ра Международна конференция по имунобиологична терапия и мониторинг организирани от САЩ в Будапеща,Унгария, 05-06.05.2011г).
Регистрираният от нас патент включва във формулата и механизми предназначени избирателно за деблокиране на клетките, отговорни за противо раковия имунитет в микро околната среда около тумора.

Патент 2, в областта на биологичната терапия на рака „Екстракорпорална плазмасорбция на карциноембрионален антиген (CEA)
Патентът регистрира нов принцип и формула на изпълнение на „Екстракорпорална плазмасорбция на карциноембрионален антиген ( CEA ) ". Патентът е разработен по идея и под ръководството на доц. д-р .В.Манев, клиничен имунолог. Екипът от български изследователи е изобретил и патентовал нов принцип за отстраняване от плазмата на карциноембрионалния антиген/СЕА. Молекулата отделяна от раковите клетки е отговорна за блокиране на антитуморния имунитет, за метастазирането на тумора, повишения риск от развитие на тромбоемболизъм, причина за смъртност в голям процент от случаите на рак и също допринася за развитието на т.н. на "паранеопластична болест".
Изобретението дава възможност за разработване на устройство съвместимо с използваните системи за хемодиализа и други апарати за почистване на плаз|мата. Търсят се партньори за техническо сътрудничество за разработване на производствена технология и тестване на оптимални смеси от сорбенти, с договор за техническо сътрудничество. Авторите на патента предлагат мажоритарен дял участие в патента, срещу инвестиции за развитието на производството на биотехнология, за предварителните, за междинните проучвания и за клиничните тестове. PATENT OF BULGARIAN RESEARCHERS IN THE FIELD OF BIOLOGICAL THERAPY (№1)
The past 20-th century was dedicated to the development of the chemo- and radiotherapy, as well as to the invention of antitumor vaccines, especially in the last 50 years. However, the efforts to make an effective anticancer vaccine did not give the expected and necessary practical results till now. One of the reason is that while these classical vaccines stimulate the specific and unspecific antitumor cell immunity, they block at the same time the antitumor immunity. In the last years, many efforts were carried out to create a vaccine for stimulating the antitumor cell immunity by unblocking simultaneously the blocked immune cells in the micro surrounding medium of the tumor. This major problem was formulated as one of the strategic aims in the tumor immunotherapy at the second International conference dedicated on the cancer immunotherapy in May 2011 at Budapest, Hungary.

We have the pleasure to inform you that a patent for a biologically active complex (BAC) has been acknowledged to our research group. This patent is based on a qualitatively new principle and formula impacting the immune system in malignant neoplasms. We expect that the BAC will match the properties required for a complex effect upon the immune system, namely: 1. A specific direct action upon the immune-competent cells responsible for the antitumor protection. 2. An indirect unspecific stimulation of the immune system .3. A stimulating effect upon the phagocytic cells with direct antitumor activity. 4. An unblocking effect on the T-Lymphocytes, which function is blocked in the micro-surrounding medium around the tumor. That is the reason why the antitumor vaccines, produced till now, were not effective.
The proposed BAC is based on a fundamentally new conception and philosophy of our immune-pathological therapeutic doctrine for unblocking the antitumor immunity, which could be implemented in the daily practice by means of the qualitatively new approaches for biological combat against the neoplastic diseases, patented by us. PATENT-2 OF BULGARIAN RESEARCHERS IN THE FIELD OF BIOLOGICAL THERAPY
The patent is for a registered new claim and a new principle of implementation of “Extracorporeal plasmasorbtion of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)” carried out under the supervision of Assoc..Prof. V. Manev – clinical immunologistA team of Bulgarian researchers has invented and patented a principle for absorption of the dangerous CEA antigen responsible for blockings in the anti-tumor immunity, enlargement and metastasis of tumors, and thromboembolism processes. The invention allows for designing a spool with sorbents compatible with recent hemodialysis systems. Partners are sought for testing optimal mixtures of sorbents under a technical cooperation agreement.

According to the recent immunology studies the molecule of the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), which is released by the malignant tumors (carcinomas), is highly responsible for blocking the anti-tumor immunity, enlargement and metastasis of tumors and thromboembolism processes. The latter is being the cause of mortality in a large percentage of cancer cases, and also contributes to the so called “paraneoplastic disease”.
A team of Bulgarian researchers with backgrounds in clinical immunology, medical biochemistry, molecular biology and biophysics, has invented and patented a principle for absorption of the dangerous CEA antigen thus reducing its concentration in the organisms and preventing the above mentioned complications in cancer patients. The invention allows for designing a technical device (spool with absorbing compounds with unique formula designed by the team) to be compatible with the existing hemodialysis systems and plasmasorbtion equipment.
The team is looking for partners (laboratories, companies) for testing the most effective combinations of the absorbing compounds. The authors of this patent suggest a contracted majority share in the patent against investments for the development of a production bio-technology, for the preliminary interim studies and clinical tests.
